We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Executive Assistant. This position provides essential support to our executives, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, and social media messages.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Create reports for internal and external needs.


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Google Suite and others.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and summarize information.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in creating reports and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
