The ideal candidate is focused on achieving goals and has in-depth understanding of sales and social media management practices. Must feel at ease conducting phone conversations, collaborating with partners, managing client information, and doing other duties relating to sales support and social media marketing strategies. This is a fast-paced job that calls for multitasking skills. The chosen candidate must have access to a secluded room where they can work quietly online.

You will also be expected to oversee marketing initiatives and boost engagement through the creation of excellent original content. You should also interact with influencers, oversee our customer service across all channels, and manage our community by answering comments. You need to have a good amount of relevant marketing experience in order to succeed in this position.

You should be or have:

  • Atleast 3 years of experience in social media marketing
  • 3+ years experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales / project management¬†
  • Knowledge of creating social media plans and marketing strategy
  • The capacity to find the appropriate brand voice for every social media platform.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to engage with senior sales professionals and other business units
  • Proven track record of creating online communities
  • Knowledgeable in managing brands in social media.
  • Able to analyze a campaign’s effectiveness
  • Strong ability to create long-lasting, meaningful relationships as well as excellent verbal, writing, and receptive listening communication abilities.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Sales Administration
    • Keep accurate records of your clients’ and potential clients’ information
    • Improve the prospect database and send qualified leads to the sales executive team
    • To assist sales and marketing efforts, carry out any additional administrative duties that may be required.
    • Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics
  • Social Media Management
    • Running company social media marketing strategies.
    • Increasing brand recognition by working with relevant influencers
    • Managing the online communities to guarantee acceptable and respectful participation
    • Examining data to establish whether social media marketing goals have been met
    • Company-wide training on the best techniques for content development.
    • Creating creative, high-caliber written and graphic content for every social media campaign
    • Addressing feedback on each of the accounts
