We’re searching for someone to fill an Appointment Setter role who wants to master the essential step in the sales process while also having the opportunity to progress swiftly within our company and in this exciting industry. The Phone Sale Appointment Setter is responsible for setting phone sales appointments with prospective clients. The role will be primarily handling inbound calls, but may also handle cold calls and random drive-bys when necessary.


  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by making phone appointments for internal sales team
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs that the organization can solve through a service, product, or consultation.
  • Build rapport and trust to generate sales from potential customers.
  • Use consultative style to listen and understand customer’s concerns while educating them on available solutions
  • Handle inbound, outbound, and drive-by calls from prospective customers
  • Customer service, management, and multitasking abilities are exceptional.
  • Computer savvy and capable of learning new computer programs.
  • Maintain high conversion rate
  • Drive up customer satisfaction
