As an experienced Media Buyer, your role is to successfully create, implement and manage digital advertising campaigns for the client and their affiliates on social media and relevant platforms, with a focus on Facebook.




  • Inputting creative ideas and project managing campaign ideas to our copywriting, graphic design, and video ad creation teams to get all the assets you need for best results.
  • Effectively managing budget allocation to maximize the profitability (ROAS) of all launched campaigns across multiple clients and our own internal brands.
  • Continuously using A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, etc. to improve key performance metrics of ad campaigns.
  • Creating weekly reports for each client and ad account from our various reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Completing daily analysis of campaign data and submitting weekly reporting on recommendations and strategy.
  • Performing digital advertising audits, keyword searches, and overall niche and industry-specific research to learn what best practices are and how to leverage them to our client’s benefit.
  • Actively collaborating with other roles to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of best practice guidelines and following company processes as outlined in provided indexes, templates, and SOPs.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding content marketing KPIs including but not limited to:
    • CPL – Cost Per Lead
    • CPC – Cost Per Click
    • CPA – Cost per Acquisition
    • ROAS – Return on Ad Spend
  • Maintaining or increasing the efficiency of internal and external processes over time.




  • 3+ years of media buying experience at an agency or in-house and on multiple buying platforms
  • Must have experience successfully managing budgets of $20k per month or more
  • Experience on Taboola, Outbrain, etc
  • Must have experience with conducting audience and buyer persona research.
  • An excellent understanding of social media KPIs is required.
  • Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work comfortably independently whilst having great collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a ‘do it right the first time’ attitude.


Not Required But a Plus

  • Understanding and implementation of Facebook Conversion API
  • Have worked on other platforms such as Youtube, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Adwords, and Display
