You will assess, strategize, and manage the execution of intricate digital marketing initiatives as an Account Manager. In addition, the Account Manager will collaborate closely with the internal client team to develop program strategy, secure client approvals, keep the track of the project, and ensure that client needs and business goals are clearly defined and realized.
What you’ll do / Responsibilities:
- Use web analytics to track and report on online marketing campaigns using a data-driven strategy.
- Learn everything there is to know about each client’s business, including major issues, competitive circumstances, and industry trends.
- Initiate and lead brand measurement activities, as well as report findings to clients.
- Answer client queries across all buying channels throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide campaign results, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams.
- Ensure customer happiness and assist them to achieve their business goals by enabling their demands in the digital marketing space.
- Be in charge of client onboarding, foster client-relationship bonds, and cultivate ongoing customer retention.
Who you are / Requirements:
- 2–3 years of account management experience on internet/digital/inbound marketing campaigns.
- A solid understanding and experience in Media Buying is a must
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Infusionsoft, Inbound Marketing, WordPress, Google Analytics, and AdWords platforms is required.
- Knowledge of Google Apps, ClickUp, and Slack
- Individual who is self-motivated and has the expertise and great skills in inbound marketing, project management, and relationship building.
