We are actively seeking a driven and experienced Client Success Specialist with a strong background in business development and appointment setting. Your profound knowledge of business development strategies will be instrumental in optimizing client engagement and propelling revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Client Success Specialist, Account Manager, or similar role, with a focus on appointment setting and business development.
  • Strong track record of successfully setting appointments, driving client engagement, and achieving business growth targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development strategies, upselling, and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to influence client decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze data to measure client success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to clients through various channels to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing client accounts, working closely with the sales team to drive upsells and cross-sells.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs, goals, and challenges to effectively align our products and services with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that support client engagement and business development efforts.
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to client success, appointment setting, and business development, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client engagement, appointments set, and revenue growth to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and success for clients.
