CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic executive team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy of the company and ensuring financial stability and growth. You will oversee all financial operations, reporting, and analysis, as well as provide strategic advice and support to the CEO and other executives.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial management experience, including experience in both the US and PH
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and objectives
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements in both the US and PH
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and other executives to drive growth and profitability
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks
• Manage and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and growth opportunities
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to inform financial strategy and decision-making
• Able to work comfortably independently whilst having great collaboration skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Has a ‘do it right the first time attitude
