We are in search of an accomplished Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for supervising and enhancing the performance of our affiliate marketing program.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, implementing effective marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth through affiliate channels. The Affiliate Manager will play a key role in expanding our affiliate network and ensuring the program’s success.


  • 3-5 years Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and techniques
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Partner Management
      • Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network
      • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates
      • Provide affiliates with promotional materials, tracking links, and support.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis
      • Monitor affiliate performance, including traffic, conversions, and revenue.
      • Analyze key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
      • Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of the affiliate program.
  • Strategy Development
      • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate efforts with overall marketing goals.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to remain competitive.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
      • Ensure that affiliate partners adhere to program terms and conditions.
      • Conduct audits to maintain the quality of traffic and leads generated by affiliates.
      • Address compliance issues promptly and fairly.
  • Payment Processing
      • Manage affiliate commission payments and ensure accuracy.
      • Resolve payment-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
      • Implement a transparent and efficient payment process.
  • Training and Support
    • Provide training and guidance to affiliates on best practices and optimization techniques.
    • Offer ongoing support to address affiliate questions and concerns.
  • Budget Management
    • Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively to optimize ROI.
    • Monitor and control expenses related to affiliate programs.
