  • 3-5 years proven experience in account management, business development, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
      • Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure our products/services align with them.
  • Business Development
      • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
      • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Account Growth
      • Develop account plans that outline strategies for client retention and growth.
      • Upsell additional products/services to existing clients based on their needs.
      • Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales and Negotiation
      • Lead sales efforts by presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
      • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
      • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients.
  • Market Analysis
      • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
      • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
      • Make data-driven recommendations to enhance our services and market positioning.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, account status, and business development activities.
