We are looking for a WordPress Developer to join our team and help us build custom websites, plugins, and themes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the WordPress platform, be able to write clean code with an emphasis on performance and user experience, and have a passion for web development.
You should be or have:
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing websites on the WordPress platform
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, MySQL
- Knowledge of best practices for coding standards, security protocols, performance optimization, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques
- Experience with WooCommerce and Elementor are highly desirable
Your responsibilities will be:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites
- Ensure that websites are secure, responsive and optimized
- Design website layouts and user interfaces
- Troubleshoot coding issues
- Monitor website performance
- Implement SEO strategies
- Integrate third party services into the website
- Create custom plugins or modify existing ones to meet the website’s needs
